The LWC Mission
To assist our participants in processing one's emotional, cognitive, spiritual, physical and financial challenges in the most effective and harmonious way as tailored to each individual.
Our life coaching and counseling team is dedicated to supporting each of our LWC members in cultivating their personal and professional success. As a result, since 2002, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. There is a unique path of wellness for each individual. Our coaches teach that one must first visualize (know what you want) what he/she wants from himself/herself or from their lives. Then learn tools about how to focus one's attention and energy . The next step is to learn how to allow the most natural actions that are in sync with one's higher self to naturally follow until it becomes second nature.
Many people say "I will work so many hours, so I can have this... (new car, new house, new relationship) and then I will BE happy", (DO-HAVE-BE). This system of thought creates priority of being a "productive person" over being a "happy person"! How sad it is. Even worse how true it is for so many of us - to not be happy until... happiness is internal. It is a choice that we all have in regards to how to respond to the world we essentially have created. It is up to us to make happiness, love, joy... conditional or unconditional. Yes, easily said, not easily done. However, more easily done with effective professional support from LWC coaches and counselors.
We believe that if you learn how to tap into the love, joy and happiness within you right now, then your actions will come from a joyous and truly happy place... and the rewards of success MUST follow!

EDUCATION:
Tammy Foster, MSW completed her Masters in Social Work at CSUS, Sacramento, Bachelor’s in Psychology at UC Santa Barbara and has completed Certification as a Life Coach at Life Coach Institute.
WORK HISTORY:
With nearly a decade of experience in mental health services and wellness coaching, Tammy has shared her skills as an administrator of recovery treatment center for adolescents, clinical director, cognitive behavioral therapist, transpersonal psychologist, motivational speaker, wellness retreat host, healer, group facilitator transpersonal life and business development coach for over 10 years.

Tammy Foster is the Founder and President of Lighthouse Wellness Center (LWC) Monterey, CA.
Providing counseling, cutting edge transpersonal life coaching, motivational lectures, seminars and powerful life changing retreats throughout California. Lighthouse Wellness Center main services are based out of the center in downtown Monterey,CA while also providing wellness services nationally and internationally by teleconference and video conference.
