Who is Tammy Foster?
Tammy Foster, MSW is the founder and President of LWC (Lighthouse Wellness Center). She is a certified Transpersonal life coach and psychologist, as well as LWC's wellness group & workshop facilitator and retreat host. Tammy is also a published author.
What services does LWC offer?
LWC is a wellness center that assists clients with expanding more love, joy, peace, and prosperity in their lives through the support of counseling and coaching. What makes LWC unique is that we offer a variety of individual and group settings (small and large) where the client is able to utilize an array of powerful coping strategies and life skill techniques. These strategies and life skills assist each client in developing more inner connection with the happy core within each of us. All of our services are built around a holistic model, providing support for each of our clients' specific goals: physically, intellectually, emotionally, financially, and spiritually.
Where do we meet?
Groups, classes and courses meet at our office at 536 Abrego Street, Monterey, Cailfornia or at our confidential club house location in Monterey, CA. Workshops and retreats are held at various locations meticulously chosen by Tammy herself. Click here for details. How much?
Groups and classes vary throughout the year, depending on number of hours of training and material costs. Individual sessions are provided at regular cost of $100 per hour, or $75 per hour when 4 sessions are prepaid, and $50 per hour when 10 sessions are prepaid. Click here for additional details.
